1. Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident;

3. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual

5. Have not participated in a Westgate Resorts sales presentation within the past 12 months;
6. Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) Debit or ATM cards are not accepted;
7. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and
8. If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
9. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged $300 in addition to the rate paid for your reservation.
10. Residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, or Volusia Counties are not eligible for the promotion. Westgate Resort owners are not eligible for the promotion.

Terms & Conditions

Attendance at a 90-minutes Westgate Resort sales presentation is required. All persons must be U.S. Citizens or Legal Residents (Green Card) between the ages of 28-68. If married, both husband and wife must attend and complete the 90 minute sales presentation together. Combined annual income must be at least $60,000 with a major credit card. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. Ineligible if you have previously toured a Westgate Resort in the past 12 months. No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than two families occupying the same villa. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. A $300.00 penalty will be split between two or more families related in any way (relatives, friends, neighbors, etc,) travelling together with two or more different reservations. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. Date changes made within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the rate of one night's Vac Pac accommodations. Cancellations must be received in writing 7 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay. Failure to attend the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a $300 penalty charge to their credit card. No refunds for early departures. Failure to give 72 hour notice, will result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, you must notify us prior to 72 hours in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will help you select other travel dates within the next 12 month period.
